Bermuda’s Senior Men’s National Team has ended 2019 as the 168th best football playing country in the world.
Bermuda remained in the position in the ranking released by FIFA on Thursday morning.
Kyle Lightbourne’s men garnered a total of 984 points to stay as the twenty-second-best team in CONCACAF.
In the year under review, they finished third in their Group of the 2019 Gold Cup.
Mexico are ranked first in the continent and 11th in the world with 1621 points, Mexico edged Bermuda 2 – 1 in their final Group match of the Nations Cup.
Belgium claimed the team of the year award for 2019. Belgium beat reigning world champions France to the title thanks to results from 19 friendlies.
