Bermuda’s first CONCACAF Nations Cup match saw them go down 3 - 1 in Curacao against Aruba.

Aruba took the lead in this match in the 7th minute when Ronald Gomez scored, the lead was doubled four minutes later when Raymond Baten scored, Jonte Smith would pull a goal back for Bermuda in the 21st minute.
Only one goal was scored in the second half when E Santos scored in the 50th minute. Bermuda Introduced Lewis, Robinson and Tyrrell, with Clemons, Ming and Smith making way.
Following the game Dante Leverock stated, “I’ll say this, each player including myself needs to take a long look in the mirror, a poor performance in a Bermuda shirt is never ok.”
