Q. What is something many people don’t know about you?
A. I can’t think of anything.
Q. How did you first get involved in your Sport?
A. My dad was a competitive sprinter so he always talked about running. When my sister joined Bermuda Pacers Track Club, I used to run with the older athletes in their training sessions just for fun before I was old enough to officially join the club.
Q. Do you have a particular Sports idol?
A. Mutaz Essa Barshim
Q. When did you realize that you wanted Compete Internationally?
A. 2010 When I competed in the CUT Games in St. Kitts
Q. What do you feel needs the most improvement?
A. My drive phase
Q. Which do you feel needs the least improvement?
A. My arch over the BAR
Q. What one moment in your Sport to date are you most proud of?
A. Qualifying for My First Carifta in 2015
Q. What are your goals for the rest of Year?
A. To PB
Q. Can you give an insight into an average week of training for you?
A. Training is Monday to Thursday and some week we train on Friday. We usually go through box work (standing arches off a box and short approach off a ramp), Running, Full approach work (perfecting/ working on our approach), and competition jumping (simulate jumping in competition, getting into the competition mindset).
