Nathan Trott and his England Under 19 teammates are just one win away from being crowned the EURO Under 19 Champions following their 1 – 0 win over Germany in their Semi-Final.
Trott was once again an unused substitute, as he watched England’s winner come in the third minute of injury time when Lukas Nmecha scored.
After winning a free kick, Nmecha had a right footed shot from very close range go into the back of the net in the bottom left corner.
