The XXXII Pan American Road Championship concluded in Santo Domingo.
Bermuda’s Dominique Mayho competed in the Elite Men’s race over a distance of 170 kilometers.
Colombian Nelson Andrés Soto crossed the line first in a time of 3:18:47, followed by the Mexican Jose Alfredo Aguirre who had the exact same time and his compatriot Juan Sebastián Molano also clocked 3:18:47.
Mayho finished 35th overall saying via his social media page, “I had a great race in the heat!!”
The event was attended by cyclists from 27 countries of the continent and was very well organized by the Federation of Cycling Cycling (FEDOCI), led by Engineer Jorge Blas Diaz.
