The 2016 #Trophee de France came to a close recently in Paris as Medals were awarded across all four contested disciplines, also claiming a medal was Bermuda’s Vanessa James and her partner Morgan Cipres.
The results of the competition helped more skaters secure berths in December's Grand Prix Final, which will take place in Marseille.
Representing France James and Cipres came away with the Bronze Medal with a score of 198.58 in the Pairs Division and advanced.
Aliona Savchenko and Bruno Massot of Germany became the first pair to qualify for the 2016-17 Grand Prix Final by winning their second Gold Medal of the series with a field-best 210.59. Also advancing to the Final were Russia's Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov, who earned the Silver scoring 206.94 points.
