Shelley Pearson and her 12th Ranked Harvard University Women’s Varsity Rowing teammates was looking forward to another strong showing against an Ivy League opponent when they headed south to take on rival and 15th ranked Yale, in the Case Cup Regatta.
Pearson and her Harvard University Varsity Eight teammates went down to Yale who crossed the line in a time of 6:46.0, Harvard clocked 6:53.7.
