Lawrence put some distance between himself and the field and then used his Time Trialing experience to power his way to victory, while Williams was in a battle and won the race in a sprint to the finish along Cedar Avenue.
Lawrence clocked a time of 24:39.5, with Dave McComas finishing second in 24:59.4 and Darren Glasford finished third clocking a time of 25:09.3.
Williams was clocked across the line in a time of 30:28.3, Karen Bordage was second with a time of 30:28.4 and Sarah Bonnett finished third in 30:29.5.
Kaden Hopkins won the Junior Male race with a time of 25:10.2, Matthew Oliviera was second in 25:10.9 and Dylan Hill was third clocking 25:12.2.
The Junior Female race was won by Erica Hawley who clocked 32:08.9, Cassandra McPhee finished second in 33:42.9 and Alyssa Rowse was third with a time of 34:37.9.
