The Otley Town Centre Races remain the most prestigious criteriums in the British racing calendar, with past winners including Tom Pidcock, Lizzy Deignan, Mark Cavendish, Adam Blythe, and Jonny Clay.
In a field of 89 riders, Flannery crossed the line 44th.
