Caitlin Conyers, Kaden Hopkins, Conor White, Liam Flannery, and Nicholas Narraway began competing in the PanAmerican Road Cycling Championships in Panama.
Conyers would compete in the Women’s Individual Time Trial, while Hopkins and White competed in the Men’s Elite Time Trial, Flannery, and Narraway competed in the Men’s Under 23 Time Trial.
Conyers would finish in 11th place finish completed the 25.6km course in a time of 38:36.35, Conyers finished 3 minutes and 26 seconds behind the winner Amber Neben from the United States.
Hopkins claimed the Bronze Medal in the Elite Men Time Trial clocking a time of 50:03, he finished 2 minutes and 6 seconds behind the winner Walter Vargas from Columbia. White also competed in the Elite Men Time Trial clocking a time of 51:42, he finished 3 minutes and 45 seconds behind Vargas in 6th place.
Flannery and Narraway competed in the 38.4km Under 23 Individual Time Trial.
Flannery finished 10th clocking a time of 54:12, finishing 2 minutes and 35 seconds behind the winner Hector Quintana of Chile, while Narraway finished 16th, clocking 56:42, he finished 5 minutes and 5 seconds behind Quintana.
