Bermuda Cyclist Compete in Arizona & Spain Updates

Four Bermuda cyclists concluded competing in the 34th annual Tucson Bicycle Classic in Arizona.
The final day was a 5.6 mile (9 km) loop Circuit Race with a small climb up Anklam, a fast descent on freshly paved Speedway, and an uphill finish on Greasewood.
Three of the Bermuda cyclist competed in the Pro/1 Category.
Conor White of CS Velo led the Bermuda group in 20th place with a time of 1:52.32, he is 0.01 behind the Stage Winner Tyler Styles who was clocked at 1:52.31. Liam Flannery of Rio Grande finished in 22nd with a time of 1:52.33, and Nic Narraway of CS Velo finished in 33rd after recording a time of 1:52.35.
Clifford Roberts competing in the Master Men 50-59 Category finished 18th with a time of 1:23.46, which was 0.06 behind the Stage Winner Matt Muyres who clocked 1:23.40.
Meanwhile, Kaden Hopkins finished 9th in the 126k Trofeo Olias Industrial Road Race, and he was the 2nd Under 23 finisher clocking a time of 2:56:54, he finished .07 second behind the winner Francisco Garcia Rus who clocked 2:56:47.
A 15k breakaway after an hour of racing which was reeled in and then in a two-man break with 10k to go in the race, Hopkins was caught by a fast closing chase group with just 500 meters to go almost in sight of the finish line.
