The 2018 Bermuda Bicycle Association’s Road Race Season got underway with a Team Time Trial with newly branded team VT Construction Madison showing some early season dominance with a win in both the Men’s and Women’ categories.
The VT Construction Madison Men’s team of Dominique Mayho, Jamie Cousins, Kwame Curling and Phillip Mace clocked a winning time of 25:08.9, while the VT Construction Madison Women’s team of Ashley Estwanik, Rose-Anne Hoey, Cora-Lee Starzomski and Martina Olcheski-Bell clocked a time of 30:11.7 finishing 10th overall.
Finished with the 8th fastest time was the first Mixed Team representing Bicycle Works as Che'quan Richardson, Simon Hanrahan, Jamie-Lee Wright and Caitlin Conyers clocked a time of 28:53.1.
