Dominique Mayho is licking his lips as he counts the days before heading to Belgium to join the Cycling team of Jonge Rakkers Vollezele.
Mayho who’s flight was canceled for Wednesday April 6th, will now depart on Sunday April 10th. Mayho expects to hit the ground running looking to put his bike together on Monday afternoon before having a ride for about an hour.
Mayho who on Sunday won the Bermuda Bicycle Association’s opening Road Race of the season, is contemplating competing in this Sunday’s Team Tokio Criterium around Victoria Park.
Mayho would be looking to put 2015 behind him, this after he Did Not Finish 7 overseas events.
Mayho will be returning to somewhat familiar territory as he was in Belgium for a while last year, however this time around he will be able to stay there for the season, something Mahyo is looking forward to.
