Duffy who recently qualified for the Olympics won the Time Trial portion of the three-day series of races clocking 16:29.
Duffy finished the Criterium two seconds behind the winner Cari Higgins who clocked 49:09.
Duffy is the Overall Women’s Division leader with an accumulated point’s total of 65 points. Higgins is in second overall with 63 points and Julie Emmerman is in third with 46 points.
