Boulder's women dominated the first night of racing at the Superior Morgul Cycling Time Trial claiming five of the top six times on the 6.3 mile course beginning on McCaslin Boulevard and ending on Highway 128 just before Highway 93.
Flora Duffy, who recently qualified for the Olympics was easily the fastest rider in the debut of Time Trial portion of the three-day series of races.
Duffy finished in 16 minutes, 29 seconds, almost a half-minute ahead of Angela des Cognets (16:52) of Golden. Heather Fischer from Boulder was third in 16:58 and Catherine Johnson of Boulder was fourth on a course with multiple challenging climbs.
