Bermuda Snooker League action continued around the island with five games played.

Watford Sports Club A defeated Warwick Workman’s Club A 5-1. Steven Bremar won his game for Watford Sports Club against Keith Smith 64-44. Timmy Sousa would tie the points up for WWC by defeating Zane DeSilva 53-44 and Ray DeSilva won his two games against Wally Tucker 44-35 & 36-23.

The doubles game saw Bremar& Zane DeSilva win the game with Bremar scoring a 20 break to defeat Smith & Sousa 54-33.

Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club B and Watford Sports Club B would finish tied 3-3. Aaron Bean defeated Bart Lewis 54-27. Tony Dawson won his game against Andrew Hanwell 53-41 and Jon Pedro won both his games against Keino Zuill 41-32 & 46-35. In the doubles game Lewis & Ross Spurling defeated Bean & Dawson 49-40.

Sandys Boat Club B defeated Spanish Point Boat Club B 4-2. Richard Beale won his game against Andrew Pratt 56-13. Chris Bromby defeated John Watson 38-16 and Aaron Carvello and Stephen Holloway would split a game each in the two frame games. Carvello narrowly won the first game 35-31 and Holloway won the second game 77-25. In another close scoring game saw doubles partners Beale & Jose Berrios defeat Pratt & Watson 44-39.

Spanish Point Boat Club A defeated Royal Artillery Association A 5-1 to lead the standings in the A Division for the first half of the season. Stewart Greenslade would put SPBC on the board by defeating Honky Burrows 57-30. Ed Gumbs won the double frame games against JaCal Washington 70-22 & 57-28. Chris Dakin defeated Mike McGowan 58-16. The doubles partners of Greenslade/Dakin would win the game on the black ball against Joe Hayward & Burrows 46-39. Hayward would claim the only point for RAA with high break of 22.

Warwick Workman’s Club B defeated Queen’s Club B 4-3. Daniel Caines won both his games against John Nicol despite being 40 points behind in the first game. Daniel had a break of 18 to claim the first game 58-49 & 86-23. Andy Peniston defeated John Burns 42-15. Greg Swinbourne also had a break of 18 and won his game against Nadanja Bailey 68-37. The doubles game saw Swinbourne & Jimmy McGill defeat Reuben Burchall & Peniston 55-39.
