The Spanish Point Boat Club Two shocked 2nd Division leaders Royal Artillery Association (RAA) 5 – 1. The win moves Spanish Point Boat Club Two into first place by 1 point. Unfortunately, the other 2nd Division match was postponed due to a fire at Spanish Point Boat Club.
West End Sports One 5 Warwick Workmen’s Club One 1
West End Sports One defeated Warwick Workmen’s Club One to break the tie at the top of the 1st Division. West End Sports One won by a score of 5 – 1 which puts them 4 points clear at the top. Steven Bremar started it off for West End Sports One with an 80 – 22 victory over Courtland Furbert. Zane DeSilva followed up with a 49 – 37 win over Gary Bascome. Keith Smith grabbed the lone point for the Warwick Workmen’s Club One with a 46 – 33 win over Tony DeSilva. However, DeSilva came back in the second game to defeat Smith 46 – 40. DeSilva and Bremar then downed Bascome & Furbert by a score of 71 – 20. Bremar also won the high break of the game.
In the other 1st Division match, Queen’s Club and Warwick Workmen’s Club Two fought it out to a 3 – 3 draw.
