Logan Watson-Brown IslandStats.com During the Final Session of the 2018 Eastern Interscholastic Swimming & Diving Championships, Bermuda captured Two Medals both being Silver.
Logan Watson-Brown won the Women’s 100 Yard Freestyle A - Final Silver Medal touching the wall in a time of 51.36, while Gabriela Pitman finished second in the C - Final clocking 55.01.
Jesse Washington captured his second Medal of the Championships during the Men’s 100 Yard Freestyle A Final when he clocked the second fastest time of 44.98.
Taylor White competed in the Women’s 500 Yard Freestyle C - Final finishing second with a time of 5:18.26, while Sam Williamson finished 5th in the Men’s 100 Yard Breaststroke C - Final clocking 1:01.42.
Pitman, White, Skyler Powell and Watson-Brown finished first in the Women’s 400 Yard Freestyle Relay B - Final clocking a time of 3:42.54, while Washington, Keagan Woolley, Brian Desmond and Williamson finished 5th competing in the Men’s 400 Yard Freestyle Relay B - Final with a time of 3:18.81.
In the Preliminaries Watson Brown finished second in the Women’s 100 Yard Freestyle with a time of 52.09, Pitman finished 18th clocking 55.20, finishing in 48th was Tayla Horan clocking a time of 59.14. Talia Thompson finished 59th with a time of 1:01.02, while Amelie Argent finished 82nd with a time of 1:09.49 and Ambya Smith was 88th clocking 1:19.75.
Washington clocked the fastest qualifying time in the Men’s 100 Yard Freestyle Preliminaries clocking 45.16, Caleb Ingham was 46th clocking 52.51 and Lewis Sweeny finished 64th with a time of 54.34.
Powell finished 15th in the Women’s 500 Yard Freestyle stopping the clock in a time of 5:20.77, while White finished 22nd with a time of 5:28.00.
Desmond touched the wall in a time of 5:05.79 finished 35th in the Men’s 500 Yard Freestyle, while Jack Harvey finished 34th competing in the Men’s 100 Yard Backstroke clocking a time of 58.81 and Finn Moseley finished 44th in a time of 1:02.09.
In the Men’s 100 Yard Breaststroke Williamson finished 18th clocking a time of 1:01.05, while Woolley finished 34th clocking 1:02.76.
