Sam Williamson broke his 50 Breaststroke record with a new time of 31.22 Keagan Woolley in the 15-16 Boys Age Group 50 Breaststroke with a time of 31.32. Carifta Swimming Championships (Jamaica)
Elan Daley - 11 Gold Medals Madelyn Moore 1 Silver and 2 Bronze Logan Watson-Brown 3 Silver and 1 Bronze Brian Desmond 2 Silver Sam Williamson 1 Silver Elijah Daley 1 Bronze
Skyler Powell, Gabriela Pittman, Taylor White and Imojen Judd also won Medals as part of relays. Elan won the 11-12 Age Group high points award and also was the high point award winner overall.
Logan Watson-Brown won the 13-14 Age Group high points award.
Mallards LC Challenge (Markham Pan Am Pool)
Imojen Judd won 6 Gold Medals and 3 Silver Medals in the 10 and Under Category. She set new Age Group records in the 200 Backstroke where she lowered Emma Harvey’s record of 2:53.97 to 2:48.65 and in the 400 Freestyle she took the record from Jessica Bruton who swam 5:32.65 by swimming 5:30.72
Carifta Track Championships
We would like to congratulate Ashley Irby for her 4th place finish in Bahamas. She was a mere 1.2 seconds away from medaling in her first Carifta Track after previously being a Medalist at Carifta Swimming.
Commonwealth Games 2018 (Gold Coast)
We would like to congratulate Shark Alum Flora Duffy for continuing to make us proud around the world. Winning the gold medal at Commonwealth Games is another spectacular accomplishment. We would also like to congratulate Erica Hawley who is another Shark Alum who was a member of the Bermuda Triathlon team event that place 5th overall.
