Bermuda Swimmers Win Eight Medals

Warwick Academy Swimmers are competing in the RHAC Launch into Long Course 2018 Swim Meet at the City of Markham Pan Am Center.

On their First Day of competition the Bermuda Swimmers won 8 Medals in total, they won 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals.

Jack Harvey captured the 13-14 Boys 50 LC Meter Backstroke Bronze Medal when he touched the wall in a Personal Best time of 31.63.

A Gold Medal was captured during the 13-14 Girls 100 LC Meter Backstroke with Logan Watson-Brown clocking a Personal Best winning time of 1:09.11, while Taylor White finished 7th in the Final clocking a Personal Best time of 1:14.87.

Jack Harvey won the 13-14 Boys 100 LC Meter Backstroke Silver Medal clocking a Personal Best time of 1:06.86, while Brian Desmond won the Bronze medal with a time of 1:08.18.

White would win her Second Gold Medal when she won the 13-14 Girls 200 LC Meter Butterfly clocking a Personal Best time of 2:40.85.

Watson-Brown would then stand on top of the podium after winning the 13-14 Girls 100 LC Meter Freestyle clocking a Personal best time of 1:00.10.

Desmond would then come away with the 13-14 Boys 100 LC Meter Freestyle Silver Medal after recording a Personal Best time of 58.33.

Jesse Washington would then win the Boys 15 & Over 100 LC Meter Freestyle Gold Medal with a Personal Best time of 52.24
