Emma Harvey compete in the SASA Swimming Championships 2017 which are being hosted at her Millfield School Pool.
Harvey clocked the fastest Girls 16 & Over 50 LC Meter Butterfly Preliminary time of 28.30 to advance to the Final where she stood atop of the podium clocking a Final winning time of 28.32.
Harvey clocked a time of 1:03.96 to finish 5th in the Girls 16 & Over 100 LC Meter Butterfly, that time saw her break her own record of 1:04.46 which she setback on July 31st, 2016 during the British Summer Championships in Sheffield, England.
Harvey also finished 5th in the Girls 16 & Over 200 LC Meter IM touching the wall in a record breaking time of 2:31.74. Harvey’s time edged Morgan Hopkins’ time of 2:31.76 she setback on April 16th, 2009 during the XXIV Carifta Swimming Championships in Aruba.
Another record fell as Harvey finished third competing in the Girls 16 & Over 200 LC Meter Butterfly Final clocking 2:28.17 breaking Claire Hirschberg’s record time of 2:56.50 setback on July 3rd 2008 during the Alberta Age Group/Senior Championships in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
