Lisa Blackburn concluded competing in the Coral Springs Holiday Classic 2015 in Florida. Blackburn again competed in the Short Course Meters event, with other members of the SOFLO “Pro Flo” Professional team including 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist, Clair Donahue.
On Day Two, Blackburn once again competed in three back to back races, that all took place within 20 minutes of each other.
Blackburn, won the Women’s 40-44 Age Group 100 SC Meter Freestyle with a Lifetime Best 57.20. Blackburn was faster than her previous fastest time by 1.4 seconds and missed the Masters World Record by only 0.12 of a second.
Blackburn recorded a win in the Women’s 40-44 Age Group 100 SC Meter Breaststroke touching the wall in a time of 1:12.53.
During the Women’s 40-44 Age Group 50 SC Meter Butterfly, Blackburn recorded another Lifetime Best time of 29.34, which was 0.5 of a second faster than her previous best time.
