Lisa Blackburn began competing in the Coral Springs Holiday Classic 2015 in Florida.
Blackburn competed in the Short Course Meters event, with other members of the SOFLO “Pro Flo” Professional team including 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist, Clair Donahue.
On Day One, Blackburn competed in three back to back races, that all took place within 20 minutes of each other.
Blackburn won the Women’s 40-44 Age Group 200 SC Meter IM touching the wall in a time of 2:20.45, Blackburn also won the Women’s 40-44 Age Group 50 SC Meter Breaststroke clocking 33.91 and Blackburn closed out her first day performance winning the Women’s 40-44 Age Group 50 SC Meter Freestyle clocking a time of 26.76.
