Shark Swimmers Continue Competing in Canada

Eleven swimmers from the Shark Swim Club, accompanied by Rhiannon Fox (coach) and Team Manager (Nicki Horan), continued competing in the "RHAC Fall Classic " in Toronto.

The Sharks team consist of Tayla Horan, Logan Watson-Brown, Gaby Pitman, Casey Morris, Sam Williamson, Neil Budge, Carys Nokes, Amelie Argent, Adriana Argent, Ambya Smith and Mia Hazlewood.

Adriana Argent finished 11th in the Women’s 10 & Under 200 Freestyle clocking a time of 3:22.92, she then finished 10th in the Women’s 10 & Under 100 Breaststroke touching the wall in a time of 1:54.88, she ended her day finishing 8th in the Women’s 10 & Under 100 IM with a time of 1:51.11.

Amelie Argent clocked a time of 3:17.06 finishing 8th in the Women’s 10 & Under 200 Freestyle, she next clocked 2:07.94 on her way to finishing 22nd in the Women’s 10 & Under 100 Breaststroke and then she finished 7th taking part in the Women’s 10 & Under 100 IM recording a time of 1:52.02.

Budge clocked 2:55.55 on his way to a 17th place finish in the Men’s 12 year old 200 Freestyle, he next finished 15th competing in the Men’s 12 year old 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:44.06 and during the Men’s 12 year old 50 Breaststroke, Budge finished 3rd clocking a time of 45.98.

Hazlewood finished 33rd in the 11 year old Women’s 200m Freestyle clocking a time of 3:41.01, she then finished 32nd in the 11 year old Women’s 100m Breaststroke touching the wall in a time of 2:06.18 and with a time of 57.77 Hazlewood finished 14th during the 11 year old Women’s 50m Breaststroke.

Horan finished 8th in the 11 year old Women’s 200m Freestyle clocking a time of 2:49.66, she then finished 12th in the 11 year old Women’s 100m Breaststroke touching the wall in a time of 1:43.55 and with a time of 45.47 Horan finished 4th during the 11 year old Women’s 50m Breaststroke.

Morris clocked 3:05.76 during the 11 year old Women’s 200m Freestyle finishing 17th in the 11 year old Women’s 200m Freestyle, she then finished 5th in the 11 year old Women’s 50m Butterfly with a time of 42.56 and 6th in the 11 year old Women’s 50m Freestyle clocking 46.20.

Nokes also competed in the 11 year old Women’s Division, she finished 7th in the 200m Freestyle clocking 2:49.44, she then finished 3rd in the 100m Backstroke with a time of 1:27.01 and then she finished 5th in the 50m Breaststroke clocking 45.48.

Pitman battled in the 12 year old Women’s Division finishing 4th in the 200m Freestyle clocking a time of 2:35.55, while a time of 39.80 saw her finish 7th in the 50m Butterfly and then she closed out finishing 7th in the 50m Breaststroke with a time of 48.17.

Smith clocked a time of 3:07.04 on her way to finishing 5th in the Women’s 10 & Under 200m Freestyle, a time of 1:44.79 resulted in a 8th place finish in the 100m Backstroke and then she clocked 51.55 during the 50m Breaststroke which resulted in a first place finish.

Watson-Brown’s time of 2:28.30 saw her finish 2nd in the 12 year old Women’s 200m Freestyle, she netted another 2nd place finish in the 100m Backstroke recording a time of 1:17.06 and then she finished 4th in the 50m Breaststroke clocking 45.41.

Williamson recorded win in the 11 year old Men’s 50m Butterfly, 100m Breaststroke and 50m Breaststroke, clocking times of 34.72, 1:25.19 and 38.36.
