The third and final Best of the Best Swimming Championships took place at the BASA Pool, with several Records and Personal Best swam on the day.

Breaking Records and winning races continues to be the order of the day for Jesse Washington as he took a full second off the previous 11-12 Boy’s 50m Backstroke record when he touched the wall in a time of 31.50, breaking the old record set by Nicholas Thompson on October 23rd, 2004 when he was clocked at 32.64.

Jack Harvey broke the 9-10 Boys 200m Backstroke Record when he clocked 44.86, breaking the old record of 45.44 set by Stefan Adderley on June 18th 2000.

In the 9-10 Girls 200m Freestyle, Amma Harvey set a new Record clocking 2:30.78, this time broke the previous record time of 2:31.44 set by Ashley Yearwood back on December 3rd, 2005.
