Day Two of THE JOHN SHIPPEN Women’s Invitational, saw an elite 12-player field of top professional and amateur Black female golfers including Ebonie Cox continue to compete in the fourth annual event at the Blythefield Country Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
After the Second Round, Cox finished in 11th after shooting 7-over par 79, to go along with her First Round 4-over par 76. Cox finished 7 strokes off the winner Abe Lakareber from the United States of America who shot a Round of 3-under par 69. Cox carded 2 Birdies, 9 Pars, and 6 Bogey’s, and 1 Triple Bogey.
