Senior Zayla Smith and her Thomas University Women’s Golf teammates finished The Sun Conference Women's Golf Championship at +112, good for 5th place in the three day event. The tournament was held at Grasslands Golf and Country Club in Lakeland, FL and was won by Keiser University +44.
Senior Heidi Hinz finished as the low scorer for Thomas University, firing an 81 to tie for 14th at +20 for the the 3-day tournament. Senior Caroline Parrish shot 83 to finish 22nd at +28, and senior Kristen Sculley tallied an 85, good for 23rd at +29. Genevieve Courtney totaled 83 on the last day, good for 27th overall at +36, and senior Smith finished with an 85, for a +44 total and a 29th place finish.
