The Fairmont Southampton is excited to announce the dates of the annual Bacardi National Par 3 Championship on January 17-18, 2015. The tournament began five years ago, and has grown into two events. The top finishers of the Bacardi National Par 3 Championship will be invited to play in the GREY GOOSE® World Par 3 Championship on March 27th – 29th, 2015.
“The Bacardi National Par 3 represents the best of Bermudian golf, with noted local players vying for a spot to play against world-class professional golfers in the GREY GOOSE World Par 3 Championships in March. Will Haddrell, the Bacardi National Par 3 Amateur Champion, is excited for the January event, as he added, “I am looking forward to defending the Bacardi Title in 2015. It’s a tremendous tournament which allows players of all standards to compete on a level playing field.”
The Bacardi National Par 3 Championship and the GREY GOOSE World Par 3 Championship are both integral to The Fairmont Southampton’s strategic golf plan, which aims to drive golfers to Bermuda’s shores.
