At the eGolf Tours Bolle Classic, a resurgent Jhared Hack of Sanford, Florida, and Casey Johnson of Augusta, Georgia, share the 18-hole lead following matching rounds of 7-under 64 on day one of the 72-hole event.
The Bolle Classic is the 12th event of the 2011 eGolf Tour season and is being contested this week at both Sapona Country Club in Lexington, NC and Colonial Country Club in Thomasville, NC.
Michael Sims shot a First Round Even Par 71 to end the day T64th.
Sims round saw him start out on the Front Nine, where he recorded a Par on the first, before registering a Bogey on the second. Following four consecutive Pars, Sims then had back to back Birdies on the seventh and eighth holes before closing out the Front Nine with a Bogey to make the turn at Even Par.
On the Back Nine Sims recorded nine consecutive Pars and finds himself seven strokes off joint leaders Johnson and Hack.
