The Bermuda Harness Pony Racing Season resumed at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street and what an afternoon they had.
Kiwon Waldron who dominated tracks in Canada over the summer was in the bike of ThisBabyRocks and the pair broke the Bermuda Bred Record. In Heat 2 Waldron and ThisBabyRocks clocked a winning time of 1:02&3 during the 1:03 – 1:04 Time Bar Class, Custard the Dragon and Andrea Westerfield finished second with a time of 1:03&1.
Three horses with Gold in their name took to the track in the 1:02&4 & Faster Time Bar Class, Special Gold with Sergio Raynor in the bike clocked a winning time of 1:02&3, Waldron in the bike of Pocket De Gold finished second with a time of 1:03 flat and Christian Truran in the bike of Gold-N-Glory finished third with a time of 1:03&2.
During the 1:05&1 – 1:06& Time Bar Class, Maurice raynor in the bike of Shady Maple clocked a winning time of 1:07&2, Waldron who was busy finished second in the bike of Just in Time clocked a time of 1:08 flat.
