The National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street was the scene of the Bermuda 2016 FEI World Jumping Challenge under the watchful eyes of Judge Wendy Chapot Nunn from the USA.
In Category A – The Aon Trophy Division Kirista Rabain riding Helsinki Van De Heffinck finished first with Two Clear Rounds. Rabain clocked a Clear First Round time of 64.51, she then clocked a Clear Second Round time of 49.68. Philip Correia and Emerson finished second, the pair recorded 8 Penalty Fault Points in the First Round with a time of 65.54, the pair then clocked a Clear Second Round time of 47.49.
Carla Stempel riding Laredo finished first in Category B – The Night Mare Trophy Division, they recorded 5 Penalty Fault Points in the First Round and then they clocked a Clear Second Round time of 62.09.
Category C – The Central Carolina Trophy Division saw Vicki Steele and All In One record the best two Clear Rounds to finish on top of the Division. Steele and All In One clocked a Clear First Round time of 66.72 and then they clocked a Clear Second Round time of 53.82.
Dale Rochester riding Carolina Gold also recorded two Clear Rounds in the Division, the pair clocked a Clear First Round time of 74.75 and then they clocked a Clear Second Round time of 64.26.
Courtney Bromby and Hey Dude as well as Kristen Bean riding Boom Boom Pow were Eliminated.
