On Sunday January 11th at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street, Kirista Rabain and Helsinki Van De Heffnick were declared the FEI World Jumping Challenge Zone 10 Category A 2014 Champions with a Four Clear Rounds time of 99.56.
There are Ten Zones Worldwide and the top two riders in each zone traditionally invited to a final hosted by a National Federation which supplies suitable borrowed horses for all of the riders. It is anticipated that the final for the 2014 competition will be held in Bulgaria in July.
We caught up with Rabain to get her feeling on the day and what is next.
