Back on April 4th two of Bermuda’s senior riders, Ki-Juan Minors and Nicholas DeCosta began competing in a Qualifying Event for the Central American and Caribbean Games against riders from the Region in Wellington, Florida.
After the First Round DeCosta was in 11th with a score of 83.68 riding Emma Peel 40 and they had 4 Penalty Fault Points, while Minors was in 13th riding Jaquino with a score of 109.79 and they had 11 Penalty Fault Points.
Minors, who is home competing in the 76th Annual Agricultural Exhibition said, “The competition was a bit difficult because we had to use borrowed horses to compete.”
