The 74th Agricultural Exhibition got underway under bright and sunny skies at the Botanical Gardens.
Under the watchful eyes of overseas judges Gay-Ellen Dennis from Canada and Nicole Cable from the USA several classes took to the Center Ring for competition.
Boom Boom Pow and Sonia Ringer won the Riding Horse in Hand, 15.2hh and Under - The Agricultural Exhibition Cup, while in the Riding Horse in Hand, over 15.2hh - The Island Girl Trophy competition Soft Spoken and Melinda DeCosta finished on top.
During the Western Parade - The Jason Jones Memorial Trophy Class Random Raider and Daniel Greenslade came away with the win, while Claire Howard and Just A Rose won the Adult Equitation - The Lesley Wylie Trophy.
