The Bermuda Open International Volleyball Tournament got underway inside the Warwick Academy Gymnasium.
The teams taking part include Schroders Bermuda, Powerzone from New Jersey, TKO from Toronto, Saint John Punchers and Downstate New York.
In opening round action, Schroders Bermuda began with a straight sets victory over Powerzone from New Jersey, while TKO from Toronto defeated the Saint John Punchers in straight sets. The Saint John Punchers bounced back to defeat the Powerzone from New Jersey in straight sets and then TKO from Toronto defeated Schroders Bermuda in straight sets.
