Nathan Armstrong and his Rider University Men’s Track and Field teammates opened their 2023 Outdoor Season with the Rider 5 Way as they host Sacred Heart, Fairleigh Dickinson, Fordham, and St Joesph's.
Armstrong won the Men’s 1500m race clocking a winning time of 3:57.40.
