Sakari Famous and her McNeese University Women’s Track & Field teammates opened up its 2023 Indoor Track and Field season at the LSU Purple Tiger with three first-place finishes and several in the top three.
Famous, the reigning SLC Indoor Champion in the Women's High Jump, defended her LSU Purple Tiger title with the win for the second straight year after clearing 5-foot-8, or 1.72m.
Famous, extended her Indoor streak to five straight meets in winning the High Jump title.
