The Bermuda National Athletics Association hosted their second Carifta Trial Meet at the National Sports Center. Click Here to see Pictures of Bermuda National Athletics Association’s Carifta Trial Track Meet February 20th, 2021 Nirobi Smith-Mills missed out on the Carifta Standard qualifying time by four seconds on his way to winning the Under 20 Men 800 Meter Run clocking 1:59.96, Jaiden Furbert-Jacobs was second in 2:04.78, and Kahzi Sealey finished third with a time of 2:06.44.
Suresh Black clocked a time of 21.67, winning the Men 200 Meter Dash Open, while the Men’s 5000 Meter Run Open saw Chris Estwanik clock a winning time of 14:46.89, while Dage Minors was second in 14:55.05.
The Under 20 Women 200 Meter Dash was won by Za'kayza Parsons who stopped the clock in a time of 26.79, Nhoaa Powell was second in 27.35, and Massassi Maxwell-Smith finished third clocking 28.34.
Shianne Smith won the Women 800 Meter Run Open clocking a time of 2:25.55.
Zenji Washington won the Under 17 Girls 200 Meter Dash clocking a time of 26.56, Kemauri Darrell was second in a time of 28.10, and Jahstice Grant finished third clocking 28.41.
