Armstrong has the schools second fastest 800 Meters time for the school clocked at 1:59.97, Armstrong has the school’s fastest 1600 Meters time of 4:26.70.
Armstrong’s time of 9:50.47, sees him with the school’s fastest 3200 Meters time.
Armstrong was a member of the school’s 5th fastest Men’s 4x400 Relay team with a time of 3:37.79, Armstrong is also a member of the schools second fastest team in the Men’s 4x800 Relay with a time of 8:59.58.
Armstrong is a part of the Pompton Lakes Men’s 4x1600 Relay team with the first and second best times, Armstrong’s fastest team time at the distance in 2019 was 20:24.25, while as a member of the 2018 team, Armstrong and his teammates had the second fastest time of 20:37.30.
