Bowen Helps Thomas College Finish 6th at Invitational

A day after bringing you the Two Athletes Qualifying for the Carifta Games on local soil at the National Sports Center and the three boy’s who came close to the qualifying standard, today we report Zenawi Bowen was a member of the Thomas College Track and Field squad that competed at the Panther Invitational hosted by Plymouth State University.
Bowen and his Men's teammates finished sixth overall in team scores while the women ended the day with an eighth place finish.
In Men's Track events, Bowen ran to a tenth place finish out of 26 competitors in the 60 meter run clocking 7.49.
Bowen ran the 3rd leg for Thomas College’s Men’s 4x200 Meter Relay team that finished 3rd clocking a time of 1:37.96.
