Freshman Tiara Derosa competed in the VertKlasse Meeting at the Vert Stadium on the campus of High Point University.
Competing in the Women’s Shot Putt, Derosa finished 1st in Flight One with a top toss of 11.86m.
Derosa had a first attempt of 11.33m, before throwing 11.38 on her second attempt, Derosa’s toss of 11.86m came on her third and final attempt that saw her finish 17th overall.
