Fifteen Year Old, Kristin Steede, has just completed her Freshman Year at Emma Willard School in Troy New York.
Steede a former Saltus Grammer School student is the only freshman on the school's relay team.
Steede and her teammates Amber Spencer, Keishorea Armstrong and Molly Shapirothe participated recently in the Penn Relays High School Girls' 4x100 Small Schools where they finished 3rd in Heat 34 and 65th overall out of more than 250 participating schools clocking a time of 51.47..
The team also recently placed 1st at the Section 2 State qualifiers, the team will be travelling to Syracuse, NY for the NY State Meet Championship this weekend.
