Emery Advances to Regional Finals

Daniel Emery now attends New Albany HS in New Albany, OH and is a member of the Track and Field Team. The team successfully won their conference meet - Ohio Capital Conference (OCC) and successfully won Districts.

Emery set a New School Record for his High School, in the District 100 meters Preliminaries clocking a time of 10.92.

This time moved Emery up to 32 in the State Rankings for Ohio.

In the Finals Emery placed 4th with a time of 11.19, the Districts were held at Hilliard Darby HS. This placement allows him to advance to the Regional Finals which will take place this coming Wednesday with the Prelims and Friday with the finals.

The New Albany 4x200 relay team which Emery runs the 1st leg also advanced to Regionals.
