King MPSF First Team All-Academic

Arantxa King was one of several Stanford University Track and Field team members represented with the announcement of the MPSF All-Academic teams. Stanford had a total of 40 athletes honored, including 22 women and 18 men.

Stanford women were led by Kathy Kroeger who was earning the award for the first time. Kroeger leads the Cardinal with a 3.949 GPA, while majoring in math and computational science.

Kroeger was one of three first team All-Americans from the indoor season that were also named to MPSF All-Academic Team. Joining Kroeger were King and Katerina Stefanidi. The Cardinal also had three second team All-Americans earn MPSF academic honors, those being Justine Fedronic, Joy O'Hare and Kellie Schueler.
