A triple header took place inside the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium in the latest round of the CellOne Island Basketball League.
In the opener the Court Queens recorded a 18 - 6 win over the Pink Panthers in Women’s Division action, Amalie Smith was the top scorer with 12 points for the Court Queens, three players scored 2 points each for the Pink Panthers.
The second game of the evening was in the Men’s Division and it saw Dean Jones score 31 points to lead the Crossfire Ballers to a 85 - 70 win over the Hoop Stars, who were led by Allen Butterfield with 13 points.
The last game saw the Fly Girls get revenge on the Lady Hawks 31 – 20. Erica Woods led the way for the Fly Girls with 14 points, while Jamila Godwin scored 7 points for the Lady Hawks.
