The Bermuda Basketball Winter League season resumed with a double header inside the Cedarbridge Academy Gymnasium, which produced 247 total points on the night.
In the opener the St. George’s Hoopstars defeated the Southampton Thundercats 73 – 64. Jahzion Lugo scored 26 points to lead the St. George’s Hoopstars to victory, while Kevin Stephens scored 17 points for the Southampton Thundercats.
Game 2 saw the Pembroke Skyforce defeat the Paget Flyboys sponsored by Bermuda College 63 – 47. Jason Lowe scored 17 points for the Pembroke Skyforce, while Jorel Smith scored 21 points for the Paget Flyboys.
