The Bermuda Basketball Winter League sponsored by ONE continued inside the Bermuda College Gymnasium with a double-header that produced 226 points.
Game 1 saw the Hamilton Parish Rockets record a 62 – 55 win over the Paget Flyboys. The Hamilton Parish Rockets were led by John Lee who scored 20 points, to go with 13 rebounds, 2 assists and 5 steals, while the Paget Flyboys got 18 points from Dion Easton along with 13 rebounds and 2 blocked shots.
In Game 2 the Somerset Tsunamis needed overtime to defeat the Hamilton City Twisters 59 – 50. The Somerset Tsunamis got 14 points from Dean Jones to go along with 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots, while Kyle Van Haren scored 22 points for the Hamilton City Twisters, along with 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.
