Bermuda’s participation in the 2017 World Indigenous Basketball Challenge at the University of British Columbia, came to an end with a record of 1 win and 2 defeats.
Bermuda despite their two defeats outscored their opponents 206 - 202.
Skidegate Saints defeated the Bermuda National Team - 75 - 68 in their opener, Bermuda would then fall in their second game by 10 points to ITA Native Sports 78 – 68.
Bermuda defeated Gitxsan 70 – 49.
Bermuda was led in the scoring department by Linden Jackson who scored 69 points in the three games,
Te'Jour Riley scored a three game total of 39 points and Dion Easton scored 21 points.
Riley led the team in the Rebound department grabbing 20 boards, John Lee grabbed 16 rebounds and Easton had 15 rebounds.
