Wilberforce outscored their opponents 12 – 4 in the first period, Wilberforce were up by 11 at the half 25 – 14 as Wilberforce outscored Wright State University La 13 - 10 in the second period.
The third period saw Wilberforce was outscored 14 - 12 going into the final period up 37 – 28. Wilberforce would score 15 points in the final period while their opponents would only score 13 points.
