Amali Smith and her Wilberforce Ohio University Women’s Basketball teammates went down by 15 points to Berea College Women’s Basketball team 86 – 71.
Wilberforce were outscored by their opponents 21 – 17 in the first period, Wilberforce were down by 1 at the half 41 – 40 as Wilberforce outscored Berea 23 - 20 in the second period.
The third period saw Wilberforce was outscored 20 - 13 going into the final period down 61 – 53. Wilberforce would score 18 points in the final period while their opponents would score 25 points for the win.
Smith would score 4 points on the night going 2-5 from the Field. Smith would also grab 1 Rebound.
